Excalidraw management
The codebase stewards can add new users to Excalidraw and manage their permissions. All staff can also:
- invite external people to collaborate on a board
- choose to publish a board only for viewing

While Excalidraw is based in Czechia, they process data in the US using the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
