Streamyard is a browser-based live streaming studio. It streams directly to Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms.

We use Streamyard to livestream our podcast Let’s talk about public code.

Using Streamyard

The operations coordinator created an account with an alias. Codebase stewards have access to the platform.

Streamyard management

Account management and billing is the responsibility of the operations coordinator. Access to the platform by new employees can be facilitated by the operations coordinator as well.

Privacy and GDPR

Streamyard’s privacy policy states that they transfer user data outside of the EU.
